RESOLJ ION N0 84-24 <br />NEW BRIGHTON PLANNING COMMISSION <br />11 <br />RESOLUTION "MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND RECOMMENDING DENIAL 0 <br />VN-241 <br />WHEREAS, an application for a variance has been made by <br />Thermo King for a seven (7) foot fence in a front yard setback; <br />.; and <br />WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as <br />follows: <br />1. That an application for a variance was filed with the <br />City on November 6, 1984. <br />2. That the Planning Commission, pursuant to published and <br />mailed notices, held a public hearing on December 18, <br />1984, all person's present at the hearing were given an <br />opportunity to be heard. <br />j NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission <br />that the following Findings of Fact are made in respect to <br />VN-241. <br />1. That the property is zoned I-1, Light Industrial. <br />2. That the applicant has not shown that unique or unusual <br />circumstances exist.. <br />3. That denial of the variance will not result in undue <br />hardship for the applicant. <br />4. That there exist alternative methods to secure the <br />water well from tampering. <br />5.
