This lot <br />borders the Brightwood Hills Golf Course on its north side (see attached <br />diagram). The property line for our lot is nearly 165 feet north of the <br />property lines of the other residences on the north side of the golf course. <br />As you know, we previously inquired about purchasing a portion of this land <br />as indicated by the shaded area of the attached drawing. It was determined <br />this would not be feasible under your agreement with Ramsey County. <br />As an alternative to purchase, <br />annual basis for a minimal fee <br />little more depth and it seems <br />There is a portion of the area <br />and would be ideal fora garde <br />otherwise maintain the area as <br />we propose to rent this same area on an <br />of $50. This area would give our yard a <br />to be of little use to the golf course. <br />which has been left to grow as marsh grass <br />n.
