PERMIT <br />The City of New Brighton hereby grants a permit to Gary R. <br />Bankers and Melody H. Bankers, his wife, for the use of City owned <br />property lying immediately southerly of their property located at <br />2181 Rice Creek Road and within the east and west lot lines as <br />extended in each case for a distance of 80 feet. The Bankers may, <br />at their risk and total expense, erect an approved fence across <br />the above-described property and utilize said property as a part <br />of their yard subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the Bankers pay Fifty ($50.00) Dollars per year to <br />the City for the use of said property, <br />2. That the Bankers have the City named as a co-insured on <br />their homeowners policy extending coverage over the above-described <br />parcel which is 80'x150'. <br />3. That the City, at its option, may terminate this permit <br />upon thirty (30) days written notice to the Bankers. <br />4. That this .permit is not transferable to any subsequent <br />purchasor of the property at 2181 Rice Creek Road nor to any other <br />party. <br />Gary R.
