Pursuant to the authority conveyed by Minnesota Statutes Annatottd <br />459.,01 (~oit~t Powers Act), the Lang lake•RuSh ldkR ReglonAl <br />Park shall be developed, maintained, pmgrammed And operated <br />in a coordinated and efficient manner as a Single racreAtiAr-~-1 <br />resource and Regional Park Site, far the benefit Qf thalr <br />respective citizens and the puhlic generally, as follows: <br />RELATION TO METRO a.
