OBJECTIVES OF THE NARKS ANQ RECREATION PLAN <br />The following objectives direct the implementation of the recreation <br />goals. "f he plan attempts to realize the goals by assisting to: <br />1. Provide sufficient space for recreational purposes. , <br />2. Provide a diversity of recreational opportunities for all ages. <br />3. Facilitate traffic circulation (access) ('or recreational purposes <br />(reduc-ing tirne and distance traveled as much as possible,), <br />4. Provide a safe environment for recreation. <br />
