Schoen, The Co-Partnership <br />11.E'Z,0'~ I NG <br />The requirements and sequence of events for rezoning was discussed. <br />The Board of Planning meets the First Thursday of each month. <br />The Board of Revie~~~ meets the Third Tuesday of each month. <br />The City Council meets the Second and Fourth Tuesday of each month. <br />To initiate the rezoning process the application materials <br />are to be presented at least one ~~:eek prior to the Board of <br />• Planning i.7eeting. <br />'Phe City Council makes the final decision on all requests for <br />rezoning. The Board of Planning reviews rezoning requests prior <br />to Council action. The Board of Review reviews building permits <br />site plans, and exterior architectural treatment plans and, <br />Landscape plans prior to sending to the City Council for action. <br />Required plans must be submitted no later thwn noon the ti'ednesday <br />before a Planning Commission Board of Review meeting. <br />For a PUn project of this scope, it is possik~le to have a combined <br />special meeting of t'~e Board of Planning .and Board o.f ReviPw~, or <br />on one of the regular meeting nights of either Board. <br />After Council sets a Public ::earinc; date, publishes a legal notice <br />ten days in advance, holds Public meeting (rea.ding) and a decision <br />is made. <br />It is anticipated that a one step Planned Unit Development PUD <br />proposal and'rezoniniT from Rl to I35 could. be concurrent. <br />n <br />U <br />
