Commissioner Livingston voiced a concern that the resolution did not delinate the park boundaries or the number of units. Motion by Williams, second Sande to amend condition #11 by changing 10 units to `12 units. 4 Ayes - 1 Nay (Livingston)., 5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, main motion as amended carried. Commissoner Williams noted that if the applicant deeds the park property to the city, the applicant will have to apply for a variance for the proposed density. -- Motion by Leverkuh, second by Livingston that PRD #30 be referred to the Park Board for review at its regular meeting February 6, 1980. Motion by-Livingston, second by Leverkuhn to request the Park Board to delinate the park boundaries, to recommend a site for the tennis court and discuss the necessity of parking for park users. 5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, amendment carried. 5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, main motion as amended carried. 1980 WORK PROGRAP1 Chairman Leverkuhn stated that the Board would be involved in the Downtown Development and be working with the Board of Planning on the zoning code revisions. Chairman Leverkuhn commented that the Board of Planning passed a motion that "Planning Commission" in Section 11-440 d., Downtown Development plan be interpreted to mean Board of the Whole. , Motion by Leverkuhn, second by Williams that "Planning. Commission" in Section 11-440 d. be interpreted as Board of the Whole.
