That the final plan provide a landscape plan which <br />includes the screening through landscaping of the <br />existing parking lot adjacent to Oakwood Drive. <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, amendment carried. <br />Commissioner Livingston voiced a concern that the resolution did not <br />delinate the park boundaries or the number of units. <br />Motion by Williams, second Sande to amend condition #11 by changing <br />10 units to `12 units. <br />4 Ayes - 1 Nay (Livingston)., <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, main motion as amended carried. <br />Commissoner Williams noted that if the applicant deeds the park <br />property to the city, the applicant will have to apply for a <br />variance for the proposed density. -- <br />Motion by Leverkuh, second by Livingston that PRD #30 be referred <br />to the Park Board for review at its regular meeting February 6, 1980. <br />Motion by-Livingston, second by Leverkuhn to request the Park <br />Board to delinate the park boundaries, to recommend a site for the <br />tennis court and discuss the necessity of parking for park users. <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, amendment carried. <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, main motion as amended carried. <br />1980 WORK PROGRAP1 <br />Chairman Leverkuhn stated that the Board would be involved in the <br />Downtown Development and be working with the Board of Planning on <br />the zoning code revisions. <br />Chairman Leverkuhn commented that the Board of Planning passed a <br />motion that "Planning Commission" in Section 11-440 d., Downtown <br />Development plan be interpreted to mean Board of the Whole. , <br />Motion by Leverkuhn, second by Williams that "Planning. Commission" <br />in Section 11-440 d. be interpreted as Board of the Whole. <br />
