The work to be performed includes grading, spreading <br />topsoil, turf est:ablisn:-nent, and landscaping. <br />Budget <br />Site work and turf $ 9,000.00 <br />Landscaping 1,000._00_ <br />10,000.00 <br />phis project is given a high priority because it is the only <br />neighborhood park facility that is unuseable in its present <br />condition.
