<br />• <br />(4) <br />Change of Meeting Date <br />Sherlock requested that any day but Wednesday be designated as the <br />day for regular meetings. <br />The Department was requested to check on what alternate days were <br />available and to provide information at the next meeting. It was <br />noted that the next regular meeting fell on July 4th. The Board <br />agreed to designate June 27, 1973 for the July meeting. <br />Ice Arena <br />Smith indicated that he would like to have the entire Board hear the <br />presentation of Recreation Systems Incorporated concerning the ice <br />arena. The Chairman requested that Smith contact the company and <br />invite them to appear at the next regular meeting, June 27. <br />Department Report <br />l.) Condemnation proceedings have ended on the two new parcels of <br />property. The 40-day appeal period has expired and both parcels <br />have been appealed. These appeals will not affect the Village's <br />ownership of the properties; they will affect only the sale price <br />of these parcels. <br />2.) Hagemeyer questioned the progress of the free-skating rink at <br />Highview Juniox High School.
