Stadium <br />Preliminary Draft of Park Plan <br />Board considered preliminary draft of the 5-Year Proposed Park Plan. <br />It was explained that with the advent of a Capital Improvements Budget, <br />that the Park Boardfs role in the process was somewhat lessened. Once <br />the priorities for capital improvements were determined, it would be- <br />come the responsibility of the Administration to determine financing. <br />Therefore, the important thing was to arrive at a recommended list of <br />capital improvements. The Board then reviewed the preliminary draft <br />as submitted. <br />Gunderman moved to accept the plan as proposed. Seconded by Dahl. <br />The Board suggested the following modificatinn.se <br />1. Add School District 282 to the section dealing with present coop- <br />~,erative efforts between the Village and other governmental units. <br />2. Relocate Section I, "C" under The Program to the section dealing <br />with Development. <br />3. Add the lighting of the park road under Hansen Park Improvements. <br />The motion carried to accept the plan with the above modifications.. <br />The Board generally discussed priorities and mentioned the following <br />as items which should be considered for 1973• <br />1. Plantings at all sites. <br />2. Free skating area at Hansen Park. <br />
