As our organization grows ' <br />we are seeing more older .,boys participating. <br />'. They skate faster, shoot harder, and the pros- <br />ent lighting (with f.ew exceptions) is not ade- <br />quate to assurethat a boy can see the puck <br />when it leaves the ice surface.
