<br />PARK BOARD <br />Minutes of Meeting July 31, 3968 <br />Present: Gunderman, Hansen, Morris, ir~issman, Art Dickey. R. Schaeffer $ <br />D. Moen were present at various times. <br />Mr. Dickey presented the detailed plans-for proposed park shelter buildings. <br />Mr. Schaefer indicated we had received letter from State of Minnesota <br />indicating we are efiribie to submit for state funds to match one-half of our <br />HUD Grant. <br />Motion by Hansen, seconded by Weissman that ail parks remain unnamed until such <br />time as suitable permanent-names can be arrived at. <br />Motion carried. <br />Motion by Morris seconded by Hansen to add outside fountain to shelters as as <br />alternate bid. <br />Motion carried. <br />Motion~by Hansen, seconded by Weissman that plans for park shelters be presented <br />to council for bids. <br />Motion by Morris, seconded by Gunderman that Mr. Dickey b Mr. Brauer be <br />requested to provide cost estimates of pools for information purposes. <br />The next regu{ar meeting is to be on August 14, 196$ at 8:OD P.M. A special <br />meeting will be held at 5:30 on August 29, 1968 to review bids on park shelter <br />buildings. <br />Adjournment time: g;2.5_ P.M. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Recording Secretary. <br />
