4 <br />< --2- <br />CIP <br />.The City Council considered the CIP,as proposed by the Park <br />Board, in a workshop session October 12th. No items were <br />removed at that session, however final approval will not come <br />until one of the two November meetings. There was considerable <br />discussion and some opposition to some of the park lighting <br />projects in succeeding years. <br />Announcement <br />Pam Schmitz had a baby boy October 7th. Name; Kyle Rossbach Schmitz <br />Weights 8 lbs 42 oz. Mother and son doing well. Dave (husband) <br />is expected o recover. <br />
