BEHIND THE WHEEL DRIVER EDUCATION , Behind the Wheel Driver Education is offered to students who are residents of the Mounds View School llistrict 621, following the completion of their Classroom Driver Education course. A fee of $105.00 is required for the Behind the Wheel phase of. Driver Education. A $55.00 deposit is required upon registration for the B=T-W. At this time the student will receive a B-T-W enrollment certificate. This certificate allows the student to take the State Permit Examination. 'The permit examina- tion cam~ot be taken unless. the student has the enrollment certificate with him/her. should be checkgd before registration. Six houis.of instruction to be arranged. MOTORCYCLE RIDERS/SAFETY COURSE A motorcycle riders/safety course will be .offered to teenagers and adults by the Mounds View Com- munity Education Department. The course will be open to anyone of licensing age wishing to learn to ride a motorcycle. Teenagers under 18 years of age will need parental consent. The cou;se will teach present and potential motorcy- clists, sl;ills necessary to ride in traffic, through class- room and on-cycle experience. The course will include eight hours of classroom instruction and twelve hours of actual practice on the motorcycle. Cost of the course is $35.00 and will be held at Irondale High School beginning in June. Classes will be limited in number; if you are interested in enroll- ing or for more information, please call the Commun- ity Education .Summer School/Drivers Education office at 633-9673.
