~ -2- <br />CIP <br />The City Council considered the CIP, as proposed by the Park <br />Board, in a workshop session October 12th. No items were <br />removed at that session, however final approval will not .come <br />until one of the two November meetings.. There was considerable <br />discussion and some opposition to some of the park lighting <br />projects in succeeding years. <br />Announcement: <br />Pam Schmitz had a baby boy October 7th.
