March 23,.1983 <br />The Honorable Gregory Harcus <br />A"ayor of New i3righton <br />Minnesota <br />Mayor Ifarcus and Members of the City Council: <br />Recently, it has come to our attention that the City owns a <br />maclc~st ;~~~+rcel of property adjacent tc~ the housing development <br />along Innsbruck Drive in which we 'are all residents. <br />Over the years,. our City•has developed a fine system of parks <br />and recreational activities. You, as a City Council, should be <br />commended for the City's efforts in these areas and congratulated - <br />for the foresight of maintaining these services to the benefit of <br />allresidents. <br />Unfortunately, by virtue of our geographic location, the <br />• residents of the Innsbruck development are somewhat isolated <br />-.from the parks of the City.
