Silver Oak Development P1~3n <br />Joan Archer, City Pla.nnerry explained to the Park Board <br />that the Planning Commission had reviewed the Silver Oak <br />project and had six items they wished the Park Board to <br />comment. on. <br />.Jake Cadwallader, developer, was present to explain the <br />new elan which was developed at the resident's request. <br />He explained that the plan did delete housing on Oakwood <br />as regt;ested i1y resirlerlts. In leis development he has 35 , <br />units; 23 townhouse >>ni.±s am ]_2 condoz~.il~ium units. Their second choice <br />would be the northeast corner. <br />Director of Park and Re~rea-tion stated he could only <br />recornrnend the northeast corner as a location for the <br />tennis courts. Most of the playground equipment would not <br />have to be moved. <br />Dahl asked if there would be parking on the street. <br />Anderson .said there could be a small parking area adjacent <br />to the tennis courts. <br />Gunderman asked residents how they relt about putting the <br />tennis cou,_~ts :in the nor~t:heast corner of the site. <br /> <br />Residents responded they Ilad no problem with that. <br />Residents stated that oil-street parking would be fine <br />but they would not be o}~posed to a small parking lot .near <br />the tennis courts. <br />
