The trees shelter the well <br />house from the park. <br />Anderson believes there would be enough trees there provided Mr. <br />Hedlund did not do any construction. <br />Van Hatten asked if the City did not make the sale, will the drive- <br />way have to me moved so it would be exclusively on his property. <br />Janecek asked if an easement could be granted. <br />Anderson said yes, it would be a good way out. Wouldn't want him <br />to have to move the driveway. <br />Van Hatten asked if a new building on the property would have to <br />come to the Council again. <br />Anderson said there could be .two buildings on the site and no <br />Council approval would be required.. <br />Motion by Van Hatten, to recommend denial of the .sale of .property <br />but recommend an easement for the driveway to stay where it`s at. <br />Motion carried. <br />VII. Announcement <br />A. April 30, 1984 Health Fair <br />This fair is similar to the employees fair held in February. <br />It is open. to the community and is free. There will be more <br />booths than the previous one. It is sponsored by Channel 11, <br />Arden Hills, Mounds View., New Brighton and #621 Community Education. <br />B. April 7, 1984 Brookdale - City Presentation <br />The City will be at Brookdale to promote itself. <br />C. Park Department Personnel Reassignment <br />Jim Skiba is now Golf Course Superintendent and Mike Walker is <br />Parks Superintendent. This should be a good experience for both. <br />Janecek said-that Anderson was commendedat the Council meeting <br />for the way he handled this sensitive .issue.. <br />Carlson said it was good the way the City handled it. Jim and <br />City deserve a pat on the back. <br />VIII. Adjournment <br />Meeting was adjourned at 8:00 pm. <br />
