RESOLUTION NO. <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION OF COMMENDATION FOR JIM SKIBA <br />WHEREAS, New Brighton enjoys a reputation as <br />having one of the finest park systems in the area, and <br />WHEREAS, the development and maintenance of the <br />system is dependent an the efforts of dedicated main- <br />tenance employees, and <br />WHEREAS, Jim Skiba was the first employee in the <br />Parks Department, and <br />WHEREAS, Jim's efforts and dedication greatly <br />assisted the development and continuing maintenance <br />of a high quality system, and <br />WHEREAS, Jim has decided to retire from city <br />service, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the New <br />Brighton Park Hoard and City Council do commend and <br />thank Jim Skiba for his l9 years of work on behalf of <br />the City of New Brighton. <br />Adopted by the New Brighton City Council this 11th day <br />of June, 1985. <br />ATTEST: <br />Margaret A.
