As provided in City Code, Section 13-164(7), suspension of the license does not excuse the <br /> owner of the Subject Apartments from compliance with all terms of Chapter 13 as long as <br /> any units are occupied. During the term of this suspension and prior to issuance of a renewal <br /> license, failure of the owner to comply with all requirements of Chapter 13, including <br /> compliance with the mitigation plan in effect, may result in the imposition of additional <br /> sanctions including suspension, revocation or non-renewal. <br /> 4. No provisional license will be issued for the Subject Apartments until all outstanding <br /> building and fire code orders have been complied with and inspected. <br /> 6.
