six years of age or older. Children under six years of age shall <br />be . admitted free. The City may increase the beach tax to an <br />amount not to exceed ,fifty-five cents in 1987, sixty cents in <br />1988, sixty-five cents in 1989 and five cents. per year thereafter <br />until this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Section 8. The <br />City may sell season passes and may waive or reduce the fee for <br />senior citizens, swimming students or disadvantaged persons. <br />Hours of operation far concession services shall be set by the <br />City. <br />3.02. The City shall be responsible for the. management and <br />operation of the beach area and the concession service on the <br />Premises including but not limited to general supervision of food <br />service and beach areas, hiring, training, and direction of <br />employees, purchasing, preparation and delivery of food, confec- <br />tions and beverages and purchasing of non-food operating sup- <br />plies. The City shall also be responsible, for providing off- <br />premises staff services,- management, and supervisory support. <br />The .City shall be responsible for clean-up and removal of rubbish <br />and garbage on the Premises resulting from the concession opera- <br />tion. <br />-3.03. Utilities, including electricity, sewer and water <br />shall be made available by the County. The City shall pay <br />utility bills for the Premises. <br />Section 4. City's Employees. <br />4.01.
