applicable liability insurance or the limitations of liability • <br />provided by Minnesota Statutes, Section 466.04, whichever is <br />greater. <br />5.03.. The County agrees to save, defend and hold the City <br />harmless from all claims, demands, damages, costs or judgments <br />caused by or arising out of the negligence of the County, its <br />officers,. agents or employees in the performance of its duties <br />hereunder, except that it is understood. and agreed that the <br />limits of such indemnification shall not exceed the limits of the <br />County's applicable liability insurance, and/or the limitation of <br />liability provided by Minnesota Statutes, Section 466.04, which- <br />ever is greater. <br />Section 6. Laws, Licenses, and Taxes. <br />6.01. The City shall comply with all laws and regulations • <br />applicable to its food, vending, and. beach operation hereunder. <br />6.02. The City shall obtain licenses or permits .necessary <br />for the food and vending service operation on the Premises at its <br />own expense. <br />6.03. Sales taxes applicable to the manual food service <br />will be collected and remitted by the City. <br />Section 7. Financial. and Accounting. <br />7.01. By November 1 in each of the years during the term of <br />this Agreement, the City will provide to the County a statement <br />of receipts and expenditures for its beach and concession opera- <br />tions. The County may inspect the books of the City relating to <br />such beach and concession operations at any reasonable time. • <br />6 <br />
