Maurice Anderson <br />January 21, 1986 <br />Page Two <br />PAMOIJ FAPBER ASSOCIATES INC <br />APPROACH <br />Damon Farber Associates looks forward to assisting <br />the City of New Brighton in the planning of a sig- <br />nificant recreational environment to complement the <br />image and character of the City Hall/Downtown rede- <br />velopment and existing system of neighborhood <br />parks. We feel that the landscape architectural <br />and parks planning personnel within Damon Farber <br />Associates offer a valuable tool with respect to <br />the preparation of an exciting and workable open <br />space within a growing and developing community. <br />There are a variety of considerations to be incor- <br />porated. Development should reflect a familiarity <br />with both aesthetic and technical requirements and <br />should meet established user objectives and recrea- <br />tional needs. <br />TASKS <br />We propose that the following work tasks are appro- <br />priate to this contract: <br />TASK I Analysis and Evaluation of Existing <br />Site Conditions <br />TASK II Program Development and Schematic <br />Design <br />TASK III Design Development of Final Conceptual <br />Site Plan <br />TASK IV Construction/Site Observation <br />Design related recommendations will be made by the <br />consultant.
