COMMUNITY ROOM Uses of 'the Community Room include banquets, wedding receptions, large and small :meetings, and workshops. When food is served at an event, the renter is required to hire a food caterer. Caterers are required to clean the kitchen. Also, liquor is allowed on the premise (see liquor policy).. Caterers and Liquor. Vendors will be chosen from an approved list. The kitchen fee will be charged to groups using .the kitchen. The fee's include setups, take downs and cleanup by .staff. At managements discretion some groups will be required to do some cleaning of the banquet room such as tables tops etc. A $300 non- refundabledeposit is required to reserve the community room All necessary permits and fee's must be signed and in the possession of management before reservation is final. Weekday Rates Sunday-Thursday 2 hour minimum for these groups. Each additional hour will be 1/2 the hourly rate listed below.
