" SCHEDULING PRIORITY <br />To schedule for the upcoming year (September -August), requests will be due on August 1. After <br />,~' August 1, requests will be done on a firsf come first served basis. For groups that request r~ space <br />at the Family Service Center a priority scheduling procedure will be followed. An organization will <br />be given a notice 30 days in advance when/if they are going to be bumped. <br />~ Note: The Community Room does not apply to this scheduling priority. <br />~ ~ Priority 1 City of New Brighton sponsored or affiliated programs/events and non athletic <br />,~ events for School District 621. <br />~ ~ - Priority 2 Individuals, organizations, businesses, non athletic events for St. Anthony~New <br />v.ee ~-s e-~ ~ ~ t y Brighton School District 282 and churches that are located within the New <br />,~ Brighton city limits. <br />~-~. <br />o ~ Priority 3 Any school athletic event for School Districts 621 and. 282. <br />~~ Priority 4 Individuals, organizations, businesses, schools, churches that aze located <br />outside the New Brighton city limits. <br />When interpreting #2 and #4 the address of the main office or main residence will determine the <br />classification. <br />CATEGORIES <br />Most users will require a membership, admission or rental fee to participate. The different fees that <br />.are chazged are based on residents/non-residents for individuals, families and groups. <br />AFFII.IATION ae ~ a <br />Group A City sponsored groups, programs or events and non athletic events for School District <br />621. <br />Group B Youth/adult groups, community/school athletic groups and service organizations <br />(churches, School Districts 621 and 282, county government etc.) <br />Group C Private non-profit groups (groups parties, weddings, etc.) <br />Group D Private or commercial organizations that operate for profit. <br />LOCATION - ~~ <br />Resident: Individuals/groups that live companies/businesses that operate e <br />within the New Brighton city limits.
