CO ROOM <br />Uses of the Community Room include banquets, wedding receptions, large and small meetings, and <br />workshops. When food is served at an event, the renter is required to hire a food caterer. Caterers <br />are required to clean the kitchen. Also,. liquor is allowed, on the premise (see liquor policy). Caterers <br />and Liquor Vendors will be chosen from an approved list. ~ive~ree~-surc~ia~ge ~ ''vim' ~'~~~~--ta <br />The fee's include setups, take downs and cleanup by staff. The immediate family is considered mother, father, sons, daughters & <br />grandparents. <br />Son or Daughters who are enrolled in college at the time will be considered family <br />members until age 21. <br />Foster children and exchange students r,~f qualify as part of the household. Verification <br />of status must be presented when requesting the family rate for these individuals. <br />
