February 2, 1994 New Brighton Pazk Boazd Minutes 3 Trevorrow expressed concern about a dug out azea because it may encourage vandalism and drinking. Bernlohr stated the azea is not really a dug out. It is an enclosed azea; enclosed by a fence. Bernlohr stated that all the money they have came from New Brighton people so even if the City chooses not to be involved in this, LLLL would like to see the money go back into New Brighton in some form. LLLL does not have any aspiration of dominating fields. There are not that many kids from New Brighton. Carlson asked Anderson if he had any concerns about the three proposals. Anderson mentioned he was concerned about a possible pazking problem at Totem Pole Pazk. He asked if Bernlohr could inform people using the pazk to park only on the west side of 9th Ave. SW. Cazlson asked if Bernlohr could add one more paragraph in the proposal stating LLLL did not have exclusive use to any of the fields. So that in yeazs down the .road there is not any confusion about this. Bernlohr said that in a longer version of the proposal it is stated that all improvements aze considered a gift. MOTION BY CARLSON, SECONDED BY KINZIE, TO ACCEPT THE T iTTi F LAKES LITTLE LEAGUE (LLLL) PROPOSAL WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT THERE IS NO EXCLUSIVE USE OF ANY FIELDS BY LLLL AND ALSO THAT LLLL AGREES TO INFORM USERS OF TOTEM POLE PARK THAT THERE IS NO PARKING ON THE EAST SIDE OF 9TH AVE. SW. MOTION CARRIED. d. Innsbruck 5th Addition CIP MOTION BY CARISON, SECONDED BY KINZIE, TO TABLE "INNSBRUCK 5TH ADDITION CIP" AGENDA ITEM UNTIL THE MARCH MEETING. MOTION CARRIED. The Pazk Boazd discussed their disappointment regazding the Council's action on Innsbruck Pazk. Trevorrow felt an explanation was needed regarding the change in the Council's decision about Innsbruck Pazk. Olson stated a lot of hours have been put into this. A total of about 6 meetings have been held on Innsbruck Pazk; 3 of them with residents.
