COMMi31~ITY ROOM <br />Uses of the Community Room include banquets, wedding receptions, large and small meetings, and <br />workshops.. When food is served at an event, the renter is required to hire a food caterer. Caterers <br />` are required to clean the kitchen. Also, liquor is allowed on the premise (see liquor policy). Caterers <br />• and Liquor Vendors will be chosen from. an approved list. The kitchen fee will be charged to groups <br />using the kitchen. <br />The fee's include setups, take downs and cleanup by staff. At managements discretion some groups <br />will be required to do some. cleaning of the banquet room such as tables tops etc. A $300 non- <br />refundable deposit is required to reserve the community room All necessary permits and fee's must <br />be signed and in the possession of management before reservation is final. <br />Weekday Rates <br />Sunday-Thursday 2 hour minimum for these groups. The immediate family is considered mother, father, sons, daughters & <br />grandparents. <br />Son or Daughters who are enrolled in college at the time will be considered family <br />members until age 21. <br />Foster children and exchange students qualify as part of the household. Verification of <br />status must be presented when requesting the family rate for these individuals. Lock-in <br />groups will have use of the entire. building for a fee of $900.00 or $9.00 per person for <br />any group larger than 100 people. <br />6 <br />
