COMMUiNTTY ROOM Uses of the Community Room include banquets, wedding receptions, large and small meetings, and workshops. When food is served at an event, the renter is required to hire a food caterer. Caterers are required to clean the kitchen. Also,. liquor is allowed on the premise {see liquor policy). Caterers and Liquor Vendors will be chosen from an approved list. A five percent surcharge will be added to all meals and beverages served. The fee's include setups, take downs and cleanup by staff. At managements discretion some groups will be required to do some cleaning of the banquet room such as tables tops etc. A $200 refundable deposit and 209b down is required to reserve the banquet room All necessary permits and fee's must be signed and in the possession of management before reservation is finale. Wedding receptions will be charged a minimum equivalent to the 4 hour charge. Weekday Rates sunday_Thursday 2 hour minimum for these groups. Each additional hour will be 1/2 the hourly rate listed below. Weekend Rates Resident $500 Friday-Saturday Non-Resident $750 DEFINITIONS AGES Infant 0-2 Youth 3-17 Adult 18-61 Seniors 62 & over FAMILY All members of an immediate family who reside in the same household during the past 12 months. The immediate family is considered mother, father, sons, daughters & grandparents. Son or Daughters who are enrolled in college at the time will be considered family members until age 21. Foster children and exchange students can qualify as part of the household. Verification of status must be presented when requesting the family rate for these individuals.
