OF THE <br />FAMII,Y SERVICE CENTER'S THIRD FLOOR; DIRECT THE USE OF <br />INTERNAL FINANCING; AND DIRECT STAFF TO PREPARE AN <br />AGGRESSIVE MARKETING STRATEGY AIIVIEā¢D AT NON PROFIT AND <br />PUBLIC SECTOR COMPATIBLE TENANTS. <br />1 Aye (Henke)"- 4 Nayes, Motion Defeated. <br />Fulton presented for consideration the award bid for Project 94-8, 94-9, 94-10, and <br />94-11, Miscellaneous Pazk Projects. Staff recommends awarding the project to the <br />lowest bidder, Bituminous Consulting and Contracting. <br />Henke asked if the bid is within the estimated budget. Fulton confirmed that the <br />budgeted amount was $80,000; and the resulting bid was $61,319.82. <br />Williams noted satisfaction of the bid award. <br />Motion by Williams, seconded by Samuelson, to WAIVE THE READING AND <br />ADOPT THE RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID FOR PROJECT 94-8, 94- <br />9, 94-10, AI~'D 94-11, MISCELLAIv'EOUS PARK PROJECTS, TO <br />BTTtJ&'IINOUS CONSULTIl~TG AND CONTRACTING IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />$61, 319.82. <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried. <br />Announcements and Updates <br />The League of Minnesota Cities Annual Meeting will be held on June 7. <br />Adjournment <br />Motion by Williams, seconded by Samuelson, to ADJOURN THE MEETING. <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried. <br />Meeting was adjourned at 10:20 p.m. <br />ATTEST: <br />Margaret A. gan, City Clerk <br />Robert J.
