He added that the budget needs to be evaluated and feels the ~ ' Report 94-022 <br />asphalt trail and westend extension should be delayed. Anderson said the 1994 <br />budget does not allow for tennis court construction; but there would be funding for - <br />the pond's rock material, anorth/south trail with crushed rock base and landscaping. <br />Anderson feels the traffic patterns could be reviewed and a decision could be made <br />later about the asphalt trail and the westend connection. Williams suggested that the <br />trail paving could be coordinated with other paving projects. <br />Bette Johnson feels that crushed limestone is not a good trail material because it <br />becomes very messy during rains. She feels the trail material should be consistent <br />throughout. Williams verified that the westend will retain the grass trail.
