<br />~ <br /> <br />. <br />~ <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Minnesota statutes 1982, Section 463.15 and as such is a <br /> <br />fire hazard and hazard to the public health and safety. <br /> <br />ORDER <br /> <br />Based upon the foregoing, the City Council of the City <br /> <br />of New Brighton makes the following Order: <br /> <br />1. The owners of the property located at 2344 and <br /> <br />2310 Silver Lane in the City of New Brighton are hereby <br /> <br />ordered to commence razing and removing said hazardous <br /> <br />structure within 45 days of the date of the service of this <br /> <br />order and to complete razing and removing said structure <br /> <br />within 180 days of the date of the service of this order or <br /> <br />to commence repair of said structure as described in Exhibit <br /> <br />B within 45 days of the service of this order and to proceed <br /> <br />with all due diligence in completing such repairs, which <br /> <br />repairs must be completed no later than one year from the <br /> <br />date of the service of this order. <br /> <br />2. Unless the razing and removing or repair of said <br /> <br />structure is commenced and completed as provided above, or <br /> <br />an Answer served upon the City in the manner prescribed for <br /> <br />the service of an Answer in a civil action, the City shall <br /> <br />seek summary enforcement of this Order in the District Court <br /> <br />in and for Ramsey County. <br /> <br />3. All costs of abatement of the hazardous structure <br /> <br />and enforcement of this Order which are incurred by the City <br /> <br />shall constitute a lien upon the property collectible as <br /> <br />provided in Minnesota Statutes 1982, Section 463.21. <br />
