A. P. 62-619-414 <br /> <br />Agreements #84016 and #84017 are amended as follows: <br /> <br />These agreements stated the conditions that each City had agreed to in participating in the <br />reconstruction of County Road D between Highcrest Road and I-35W. Since the approvals of <br />these agreements, both Cities have agreed to make a connection between each City's water system <br />at station 48+00 and to make this work a part of the reconstruction of County Road D. As dictated <br />in the above referenced agreements, 100% of the associated costs for this work shall be the <br />responsibility of the Cities of Roseville and New Brighton with each City paying 50% of the total <br />cost. This additional work and associated costs shall be subject to all the conditions as stated in <br />the above mentioned agreements.
