<br />.f <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-22 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FIVE YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN FOR <br />THE PERIOD 1984 THROUGH 1988 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City is aware of the benefits obtained from <br />planning for major capital improvements, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a plan has been developed which identifies the <br />major capital improvements which the City anticipates should <br />be undertaken during the next five years, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Plan also identifies areas of concern which <br />need additional study. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that: <br /> <br />1. The Capital Improvement Plan for the period from <br />1984 through 1988 shall be adopted as the official <br />statement of the major public improvements need <br />in the City. <br /> <br />2. The adoption of this plan shall in no way be <br />construed as obligating the city to undertake <br />any project identified in the Plan. <br /> <br />3.
