<br />,~ <br /> <br />The Bond is issued by the city for the purpose of pro- <br />viding funds to defray in whole or in part the costs of the <br />following described project(s) (the "Project"): <br /> <br />Description of Project <br />Fire Station Improvements <br /> <br />Costs <br /> <br />$300,000 <br /> <br />SIGNATURE <br /> <br />We further certify that those of our manual signatures, <br />respectively, which appear on the Bond are true and correct <br />copies of such signatures; that we caused such signatures to <br />appear thereon pursuant to due authorization by and direc- <br />tion of the New Brighton City Council; and that we are on <br />the date hereof and were on the date of such execution the <br />duly qualified and acting officers of the City as indicated <br />therein. <br /> <br />We further certify that the seal appear ing below is a <br />true and correct impr int of the Ci ty I s off icial corporate <br />seal. <br /> <br />We further certify that the Bond has been in all re- <br />spects duly executed for delivery pursuant to authority <br />conferred upon us as such off icers; that no obligations <br />other than those described above have been issued pursuant <br />to such authority; that none of the proceedings or records <br />which have been certified to the purchaser(s) of the Bond or <br />to the attorneys approving the Bond have been in any manner <br />repealed, amended, or changed except as shown by proofs <br />furnished; and that there has been no material change in the <br />financial condition of the City or the facts affecting the <br />Bond except as shown by the proofs so furnished. <br /> <br />NO LITIGATION <br /> <br />We further certify that there is no Ii tigation <br />threatened or pending questioning in any manner the organi- <br />zation or boundaries of the City, the right of any of us to <br />hold our respective offices and to discharge the duties <br />thereof, or the validity of the Bond. <br />
