<br />'f,' <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO 84-10 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION EXPRESSING NO OBJECTION TO A CHANGE IN THE RICE CREEK <br />WATERSHED DISTRICT BOUNDARY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Cities of Fridley and Columbia Heights, in the <br />process of forming a new watershed management organization have <br />requested that the Rice Creek Watershed District modify their <br />district boundary to more closely conform to actual drainage <br />dividers; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the requested change would move that portion of the <br />Rice Creek Watershed District boundary on Matterhorn Drive in <br />Fridley to the corporate boundary line between Fridley and New <br />Brighton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the requested boundary change will have no sign- <br />ificant impact on the City of New Brighton. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br />City of New Brighton has no objection to Rice Creek Watershed <br />District boundary change requested to the Cities of Fridley and <br />Columbia Heights. <br /> <br />Adopted this <br /> <br />14th day of February <br /> <br />, 1984. <br /> <br />~/}~ <br /> <br />-Grego .
