<br />~ ~ ,,;:, <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTI ON NO. <br /> <br />84-3 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HEALTH CARE EXPENSE ACCOUNT AND DEPENDENT CARE <br />ASSISTANCE PROGRAM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the City's intent to afford employees the best <br />possible options for insurance and dependent care; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by use of the health care expense account and dependent <br />care assistance program the options available can be improved; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, use of this program is intended to be in compliance <br />with the provisions of Sections 79, 105, 125, and 129 of the Internal <br />Revenue Code of 1954, as amended; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> <br />1. A Health Care Expense Account and Dependent Care Assistance <br />Program shall be established for full time employees. <br /> <br />2. The Program shall be effective for taxes reported in 1983 <br />and subsequent years. <br /> <br />3. The terms and conditions of the Program shall be as specified <br />in the official plan document.
