CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFERS FOR THE TAX <br />INCREMENT BONDS OF 1982 AND 1983. <br /> <br />4 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Krueger reviewed staff report concerning a request for a minor <br />subdivision to split a single family lot, stating the request <br />does meet all zoning standards and that the applicant can <br />respond to all of the concerns listed in the report. <br /> <br />John Steng, Bel Air Builders, asked what the setbacks will be, <br />what the drainage will be, and how it would affect his develop- <br />ment; Krueger responded the setbacks will be standard single <br />family (30 front/5 side) and drainage will be per city engineer. <br /> <br />Steng asked if a plat could be made available to him; Krueger <br />responded affirmatively. <br /> <br />Steng asked if a house plans had been developed; Jon Moylan, <br />810 Queen Avenue North, Minneapolis, stated that although he had <br />no definite plans yet, they would be consistent with the sur- <br />rounding project. <br /> <br />As there we no further questions or comments from either the <br />councilor the public, Brandt moved, seconded by Williams, to <br />CLOSE THE PUBLIC HEARING. <br /> <br />4 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Motion by Brandt, seconded by Schmidt, to WAIVE THE READING AND <br />ADOPT A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY <br />WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON. <br /> <br />4 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Page Two <br /> <br />PC Computer <br />Report 86-160 <br />Resolution 86-66 <br /> <br />Budget Change - Capi- <br />tal Rplcmnt.
