Kelley explained that the original beer garden
license requested by the Eagles is in a state of suspense because
original insurance was inadequate in terms of the City's ordin-
ance. Kelley added the Eagles will meet tomorrow night to decide
whether or not they wish to have a beer garden.

Page Twenty-Three

Award Bid: Projects
86-2 and 86-6
Report 86-139
Resolution 86-88

stockyard Days - 1986
Report 86-140
