Advised council that the developer intends to <br />make presentations at the February Planninq Commission <br />meeti'ng and then the February 26, 1985, council meeti ng <br />for council consideration of the rezoning. PUD and PRO's. <br />This pUblic hearing is to consider an amendment to our <br />our Municipal Development District and creating a new <br />District (#6).
