The <br />Mayor on behalf of the City Council proclaimed December 10, 1983 as <br />Human Rights Day in New Brighton and read into the minutes the <br />Proclamation. <br /> <br />Commission Minutes <br /> <br />The Mayor with the consent of the City Council directed receipt of the <br />Park Board Minutes of November 2, 1983 and the Planning Commission <br />Minutes of November 15, 1983. <br /> <br />Proclamation <br />Human Rights Day <br /> <br />Consent Agenda <br /> <br />Councilmember Benke requested that Item H. regarding Satellite Dish Antennaes be <br />removed from the consent aqenda and placed at the end of the regular <br />agenda. <br /> <br />Councilmember Blomquist requested that consent Item J. be removed from <br />the consent agenda and placed at the end of the regular agenda. <br /> <br />Motion by Blomquist, seconded by Janecek to approve the consent agenda <br />items as follows: <br />
