<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF
<br />CHAPTER VI OF THE NEW BRIGHTON ZONING ORDINANCE
<br />REGARDING OUTSIDE STORAGE IN INDUSTRIAL ZONING DISTRICTS.

<br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON DOES ORDAIN AS
<br />FOLLOWS:

<br />Section 1. Section 6-040 of the Zoning Code of the City of New Brighton, is hereby amended
<br />to read as follows:
<br />
<br />SECTION 6-040. PERMITTED ACCESSORY USES, 1-1 DISTRICT.
<br />
<br />a. Restaurants, lunch counters, confectioneries to serve the employees of the district.
<br />b. One dwelling for watchmen.
<br />c. Off-street parking and off-street loading as regulated under this ordinance.
<br />d. Other uses which are definitely necessary for the successful operation of the permitted

<br />means of a Special Use Permit if such use meets the standards in Section 8-130.
<br />However, any use that is allowed within the 1-2, Heavy Industrial District, or by the nature
<br />of the use is Heavy Industrial, shall not be considered as a use permitted by Special Use
<br />Perm it.
