<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Council Minutes <br />January 24, 1984 <br /> <br />City Attorney stated that a number would put most citizens <br />on notice of what is allowed going in. Director of Community <br />Development stated that a number of cars has to be based on <br />something, thinks perhaps the Metropolitan Council would have <br />some figures available. <br /> <br />Benke mentioned that a low number would take care of employees <br />working on the premises. <br /> <br />Schmidt indicated that we need a valid structure that can be <br />enforced by staff or police. <br /> <br />Motion by Harcus, seconded by Blomquist to defer the second <br />reading and to send the amendment back to staff for research <br />and recommendation. The'staff should research the number of <br />trips per day and reword the section regarding employee <br />limitations and review with the Planning Cpmmission before <br />bringing it back to the Council. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />City Planner had nothing to add to the previous report. <br /> <br />Motion by Harcus, seconded by Blomquist to waive the reading <br />and hold the second reading, adopt, and order publication of <br />an ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5-450 OF THE NEW BRIGHTON <br />ZONING CODE pertaining to fences. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />City Planner had nothing to add to the previous report. <br /> <br />Motion by Janecek, seconded by Benke to waive the reading <br />and hold the second reading, adopt. and order publication of <br />an ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-465, SECTION 4-010, AND <br />SECTION 4-460 OF THE NEW BRIGHTON CITY CODE pertaining to <br />manufactured housing. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Community Development Director reviewed the staff report <br />concerning the application for Industrial Revenue Bonds <br />for Thermo King. <br /> <br />Motion by Benke. seconded by Blomquist to waive the reading <br />and adopt the RESOLUTION TO CALL A PUBLIC HEARING FOR <br />FEBRUARY 28. 1984 AT 7:35 P.M. FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDER- <br />ING AN APPLICATION FOR INDUSTRIAL REVENUE BOND FINANCING <br />SUBMITTED BY THERMO KING SALES & SERVICE.
