Laboratories for research and quality control in the physical sciences. <br />2. The manufacturing, assembly and/or processing ofthe following: <br />a. Business machines, such as typewriters, accounting machines, <br />calculators, computers, and card counting equipment. <br />b. Cameras and other photographic equipment except film. <br />c. Ceramic products, such as pottery and small glazed tile. <br />d Cosmetics and toiletries. <br />e. Electric appliances, such as lighting fixtures, irons, fans, toasters, and <br />electric toys. <br />f. Electric equipment assembly, such as home radio and television <br />receivers and home movie equipment, but not electric power substations <br />or electric machinery. <br />g. Electrical supplies, manufacturing and assembly, such as wire and cable <br />assembly, switches, lamps, insulation, and dry cell batteries. <br />h. Musical instruments. <br />i. Orthopedic and medical appliances, such as artificial limbs. <br />J. Printing. <br />3. Industrial Use Standards. In addition to compliance with Section 6-550 and 6- <br />560, all uses listed in 1-2 above, shall comply with the following standards <br />(strictest application shall apply): <br />a. Development and/or uses shall have no adverse effect on adjacent land <br />due to unsightliness, noise, odor, dust, smoke, glare, air pollution, <br />excessive or heavy vehicular traffic, bulk chemical storage or fire or <br />safety hazards. <br />b. There shall be no external bulk chemical storage for either use or sale <br />except as necessary for auxiliary heating. <br />c. There shall be no more than six (6) commercial truck trips of six (6) or <br />more wheels per vehicle per ten thousand (10,000) square feet of <br />building gross floor area per day. <br />
