<br />~ fr (JY~. \ <br />A <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />March 23, 1983 <br /> <br />The Honorable Gregory Harcus <br />~ayor of New Brighton <br />Minnesota <br /> <br />Mayor Harcus and Members of the City Council: <br /> <br />Recently, it has come to our attention that the City owns a <br />modest parcel of property adjacent to the housing development <br />along lnnsbruck Drive in which we are all residents. <br /> <br />Over the years, our City has developed a fine system of parks <br />and recreational activities. You, as a City Council, should be <br />commended for the City's efforts in these areas and congratulated <br />for the foresight of maintaining these services to the benefit of <br />all residents. <br /> <br />I <br />j'. <br /> <br />Unfortunately, by virtue of our geographic location, the <br />residents of the lnnsbruck development are somewhat isolated <br />from the parks of the City.
