<br />I <br /> <br />OPENING OF BIDS <br /> <br />CONSTRUCTION OF WELL NO. 11 <br />PROJECT NO. 82-18 <br /> <br />October 15, 1982 <br />2:00 P.M. <br /> <br />Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 64-43, a meeting of the <br />Administrative Staff was held at 2100 P.M., Friday, October 15, 1982 <br />in the Municipal Building, 803 5th AVenue N. W., New Brighton, Minn. <br /> <br />Present were: <br /> <br />Leslie J. Proper, Director of Public Works <br />Phyllis Staples, Deputy Clerk <br />Marjorie Holcomb, Public Works Secretary <br /> <br />Meeting was called to order by the Director of Public Works who announced <br />that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and real aloud <br />sealed bids for Project 82-18, Construction of Well No. 11 as advertised <br />in the New Brighton Bulletin, '~September 16 and 23, 1982 and in the <br />Construction Bulletin September 17 and 24, 1982. <br /> <br /> BIDDER :nD SECURITY TOTAL BID <br /> Bergerson-Caswell, Inc. 5% B.
