<br />I <br /> <br />( <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />City of New Brighton <br />November 9, 1982 <br /> <br />4) To provide for financing of the Golf Course improvements <br />from the $7,000/year 1983-1985, $8,250/year 1986-1987, <br />$9,30~/year 1988-1990. <br />5) To def~r action on the Golf Course Clubhouse renovation <br />pending a remodeling plan, needs assessment including <br />projected impact on operation management and profitability <br />and a final cost estimate. <br />6) To defer action on the Liquor Operation program (pp. 35-36) <br />pending analysis by the Director of Liquor Operations <br />as to their need and feasibility. <br />7) To defer action on the City Hall remodeling/Fire Station <br />addition pending a staff report, including a definitive <br />listing of finance options. <br />8) To direct the Director of Finance, with the assistance <br />of the Finance Policy Advisory Board, to study the impact <br />on- City tax levels of present and proposed future Capital <br />Improvement programs and to report back to the City Council <br />when the 1984 Capital Improvement Program is considered. <br /> <br />r.1otion by Blomquist, seconded by Janecek to <br />authorize the Mayor and City Manager to execute <br />an Agreement for Winter Road Maintenance Services <br />with the County of Ramsey and to direct the <br />Manager to request an increase for the 1983-84 <br />season. <br />S ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />Mr. Brian Schaberg, representing Electric <br />Equipment Service, was present to answer <br />questions. <br /> <br />Motion by Schmidt, seconded by Blomquist to <br />waive the reading and adopt a RESOLUTION <br />MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT THAT THE PROPOSED <br />USE BY ELECTRIC EQUIPMENT SERVICE CORPORATION <br />IS INCOHPATIBLE WITH USES PEIUo1;ITTED IN A LIGHT <br />INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />Motion by Blomquist, seconded by Janecek to <br />direct staff to prepare necessary ordinance <br />amendments to incorporate "site plan approval" <br />to replace "building permit application" and <br />have said amendments considered at a public <br />hearing held by the Planning Commission and <br />to direct staff to prepare a resolution establishing <br />fees for site plan approval. <br />S ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />-5- <br /> <br />Winter Road <br />Maintenance <br />Agreement - <br />Ramsey County <br />Report No. 82-275 <br /> <br />Zoning Compatibility <br />Electric Equipment <br />Service <br />Report No. 82-276 <br />RESOLUTION #2652 <br /> <br />Zoning Code <br />Amendment - <br />Building Permit <br />Application <br />Report No. 82-277 <br />
