<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />J <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of New Brighton <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br /> <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of New Brighton, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held at the City Hall in the City, on Tuesday, the 30th <br />day of November, 1982 at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Mayor Harcus, Blomquist, Janecek <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br />Benke, Schmidt <br />* * * * * * <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />The Mayor announced that the meeting was convened for <br /> <br />the purpose of receiving sealed bids for the purchase of <br /> <br />$1,330,000 General Obligation Water Improvement Bonds of 1982 as <br /> <br />advertised for sale. The City Clerk presented affidavits showing <br />publication of the notices of sale in the official newspaper and <br /> <br />in Commercial West, which affidavits were examined and found <br /> <br />satisfactory and order placed on file. <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />The City Manager and Clerk then presented the sealed <br /> <br />bids received and opened by them pursuant to the notice of sale <br /> <br />for the General Obligation Water Improvement Bonds of 1982. <br /> <br />These were examined and found to be as follows: <br /> <br />Name of Bidder <br /> <br />Interest Rates <br /> <br />Purchase Price <br /> <br />SEE ATTACHED TABULATION OF BIDS <br />
