<br />,.'.-. \_,~~.... <br /> <br />~ ' <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO 83-114 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING SPECIAL USE <br />PERMIT, SP-1l4 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application for a special use permit, SP-114 has <br />been made by Gerald and Dorothy Pehl for the property described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Lots 1 and 2, Block 6, Marys Rice Creek 3rd Division, <br />Ramsey County; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. That an application for a special use permit was filed <br />with the City on August 1, 1983. <br />2. That the Planning Commission, pursuant to published and <br />mailed notices, held a pUblic hearing on September 20, <br />1983, all person's present at the hearing were given an <br />opportunity to be heard. <br />3. That such application was reviewed by the City Council <br />on September 27, 1983. <br />4. The written comments and analysis of the City staff, the <br />Planning Commission minutes and recommendations were <br />considered. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the <br />foll~wing Findings of Fact approving Special Use Permit SP-ll4; <br /> <br />1. That the property is zoned R-2, Two Family Residential. <br />2. That all lot standards for an R-2, Two Family Residential <br />District have been met. <br />3. That a zero lot line development is permitted in an R-2 <br />District by special use permit. <br />4. That all zero lot line requirements in a R-2 zoning <br />district have been met. <br />5.
