PROJECT <br />II 82 - 10 , <br /> <br />'I BE IT RESOLVED. ,by the Ci ty Counc i 1 of the Ci ty of New Bri ghton. Mi nnesota <br />I as foll ows: <br /> <br />.......;""~t">t' <br /> <br />WHEREAS. Pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law the City <br />Council has met and heard and passed tApon all objections to the proposed <br />,assessment of the improvement of: <br /> <br />LOCATION: All benefitted prOpert ies on Windsor Lane. <br />Windsor Court and Windsor Way. <br /> <br />I BY: The reconstruction of Windsor Green area. <br /> <br />I NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New <br />I Brighton. Minnesota: <br /> <br />I 1. Such proposed assessment. a copy of which is attached hereto and made <br />r a part thereof. is hereby accepted.and shall constitute the special <br />II assessment against the lands named therein. and each tract of land <br />I therein i ncl uded is hereby found to be benefitted by the proposed <br />I! improvement in the amount of the assessment levied against it. <br />i 2. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments extending <br />;1 over a period of fourteen (14) years. the first installment to <br />II be payable on or after the first Monday in January. 1984. and shall <br />i bear interest at the rate of 11 percent per annum from the adoption of <br />I this assessment resol~tion. <br />I 3. The owner of any property so assessed may. at any time prior to <br />Ii certification of the assessment to the County Auditor pay the whole <br />, of the assessment on such property with interest accrued to the date <br />i of payment, to the City Treasurer, except that no interest shall be <br />I charged if the entire assessment is paid within 30 days from the <br />I adoption of this resolution and he may. at any time thereafter. pay <br />the County Treasurer the balance of assessments remaining unpaid <br />,I with interest accrued in accordance with the statutes such in case <br />! made and provided. <br />I 4. The Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this <br />I assessment to the County Auditor to be extended on the property tax <br />,list of the County and such assessments shall be collected and paid <br />i over in the same manner as other municipal taxes. <br />I <br />I' Adopted this 16th day of August, 1983. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />" <br />I <br />I ATTEST: <br />I' <br />" <br /> <br />I Ma rgare A.
